StableLab is a governance firm focused on professional delegation, DAO framework design and product development. We work with various projects, from the ones just starting their journey to decentralization to the most prominent DeFi protocols.

Our systematic framework for DAOs covers governance methodologies, decentralized workforce, implementation, documentation, communication and community engagement. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, but we provide a framework of principles and tools we have developed throughout our experience.

We scale DAOs sustainably.

We are the leading professional delegate team with a track record across major DeFi protocols, including MakerDAO, Optimism, Aave, 1inch, Balancer, Element, InstaDapp, Hop and more.

We pioneer delegation work through high governance standards, extensive research, hands-on expertise and the consistent use of a code of conduct. Pushing forward web3 and DeFi since 2018, StableLab’s co-founders previously spent 3.5 years at the Maker Foundation.

Safe is focused on creating Multi-Signature safes to help teams and individuals self custody their assets. We chose to be delegates for SafeDAO to support the future of multi-signature self-custody. With reliable governance, SafeDAO will be able to scale sustainably. We choose to play a key role in turning Safe’s vision into reality.

Through our holding company, we have invested in multiple projects to advance growth and governance for them. See the full list here.

We contribute to various protocols’ governance, such as MakerDAO, Optimism, Aave, 1inch, Balancer, and Element. See the full list here.

When applicable, we will disclose potential conflicts of interest in our rationale.

Proposal: [SEP #2] Community Initiative To Unpause Token Contract (Enabling Transferability)

Vote: Make no changes/Decide later

Rationale: We believe there should be a clear plan before enabling transferability. We would like to see the DAO mature more and have a clear understanding of how $SAFE will add value to the dao before transferability is unlocked.

Proposal: [SEP #3] Towards clarity on milestones before voting on enabling transferability again

Vote: Option 3

Rationale: It is important to have a plan for how the SAFE token will be used and a clear direction for SafeDAO before token transferability is enabled.

Proposal: [SEP #4] SafeDAO Constitution

Vote: Accept

Rationale: We voted to accept SEP4 as we believe that the introduction of a Constitution greatly empowers community members to understand their responsibilities and what they should be working towards.

Proposal: [SEP #5] Redistributing Unredeemed Tokens From User Airdrop Allocation

Vote: A+B using ½ for A and ½ for B

Rationale: We would like to see some of the unclaimed airdrop tokens used for new initiatives such as a grant program, funding for public goods, and attracting new safe users later on.

awesome! what are the A and B in this topic stand for?

That’s referring to the types of allocation in SEP #5, described here.
