Following a busy voting cycle for OBRA, we are excited to continue operating the Contribution Efficiency System and to further support transparency by providing regular OBRA initiative updates to Safe DAO.
Beyond our extension proposal, the Safe DAO had its most active voting sprint since the inception of OBRA with 7 new proposals (6 initiatives and one OBRA amendment) active for voting through September 2nd. At the close of voting, 4 proposals have been accepted, reached quorum, and are now ratified. To check out those OBRA proposals, and the pending initiatives in more detail, see below:

Applications
OBRA has received a total of 34 applications, with 19 of them being accepted and ratified through voting on Snapshot. Again, the distribution of OBRA proposals based on OBRA strategies has largely remained the same.
As always to find the updated list of OBRA proposals and their details, see our Notion Hub here.

Given the scope of the Hats Protocol initiatives, key questions have emerged regarding the role of the Safe Guardian status for the Safe Governance team. As a result, progress on the initiative has been delayed until these questions can be addressed. The deliverables may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to the DAO. Until then, no further updates will be provided as no significant progress has been made.
Similarly, SEP 18 and SEP 19 from LuukDAO are delayed from progress and will report to the DAO once the final deliverables are completed.
These updates, along with more details on the progress of OBRA initiatives for the past reporting period, will be reflected on our CES Reporting Summary page here.
