- Inclusion of L2 Users in SafeDAO Governance, authored by @neobucks, has been published, initially suggesting allocations to Safe users on Polygon, Optimism and Arbitrum. Open questions include which L2 to include, details on the amounts of allocations, measures to minimise the impact of sybil attacks and airdrop farmers, as well as the technical implementation.

- How can a Safe hold asset on multiple chains?: The discussion continues on whether the have the same address across networks or not and the role of ENS. See also this recent blog post by @lukas.
- Safe Contract v1.4.0: @colinnielsen proposes to index the module address, allowing for module permissions to be indexed off-chain more easily.
- SDk method to use notifications services with firebase, and call endpoint in client-gateway and config-api services: Following @alfredolopez80’s question, @Uxio explains that notifications are currently only supported by existing Safe infrastructure, but not yet as part of the SDK.
