Forum Discussions:
- [Discussion] Creating SafeDAO’s first revenue stream through Community-Aligned Fees: This proposal, submitted by members of the Safe Ecosystem Foundation (SEF) to Sprint 4’s Phase 0, aims to strengthen the economic sustainability of SafeDAO by leveraging the recently launched Native Swaps in Safe{Wallet}. The proposal outlines a mechanism where fees collected from third-party integrations within Safe{Wallet} will be converted into SAFE tokens and transferred to SafeDAO’s treasury, allowing the community to govern these funds. This approach not only enhances token utility but also empowers the SafeDAO community by aligning revenue generation with ecosystem growth. If ratified, this would mark the first income stream directly under the control of SafeDAO, enabling more sustainable and community-driven resource allocation.
The discussion is ongoing, and your feedback is crucial—be sure to join the conversation and contribute your insights!
