The Safe Community Catalyst Program, proposed by Boardroom, is a series of digital and in-person events with limited capacity, supported by comprehensive onboarding content and documentation. The program addresses the challenges of onboarding and engaging participants in the rapidly growing and complex Safe ecosystem by creating a streamlined and accessible onboarding process that helps all participants navigate the landscape efficiently, regardless of their role as users, contributors, or delegates.
The program focuses on two key aspects:

Hosting three digital pre-gatherings and a two-day in-person workshop to cover critical aspects of the Safe ecosystem, define the landscape of potential actions, assign ownership to specific task areas, and execute user tracks and contributor initiatives.

Establishing three tailored onboarding tracks for users, contributors, and delegates, leveraging the digital pre-gatherings and culminating in the in-person workshop.
Comprehensive resources, including user-friendly guides, video tutorials, community-curated collections, in-depth articles, and case studies, will support these events and onboarding tracks.
By August 2024, the program aims to develop a streamlined onboarding process that reduces the complexity and time required to get involved in the Safe ecosystem while retaining user knowledge and engagement through events and setting goals for understanding and participation in Safe’s governance, ecosystem, and product. The ultimate goal is to create a thriving, engaged, and accessible ecosystem that drives growth for the Safe DAO and product, supported by Boardroom’s extensive experience in community building and governance within the DAO landscape.

The growing surface area of the Safe Ecosystem and DAO can lead to a sense of overwhelm and discourage participation, ultimately limiting the ecosystem’s potential for innovation and growth. The Safe Community Catalyst Program aims to address these challenges by creating a comprehensive onboarding process and fostering supportive, engaging content for all participants.
