Community Engagement Tracking: Measure participation growth and governance health over time
Custom Visualizations: Designed specifically for Safe’s requirements
Our Other Work
We’ve created similar dashboards for other protocols tracking various metrics and agendas. Check out our dune profile for more examples of our work.
Looking for Feedback & Requests
Our team can create custom dashboards (both frontend and on Dune/Flipside) based on community requirements - whether that’s deeper analytics on specific governance aspects, TVL tracking, or other protocol metrics.
We’d love to hear your thoughts on this dashboard or any other dashboard that the community would find value in.
Thanks for your response. I understand that the governance dashboard may not align with the DAO’s current priorities.
We’d be interested to learn if the DAO has any other data requirements or analytics gaps we could help address. Our team is flexible and can work on both frontend implementation and backend data processing through Dune/Flipside.
Would you be open to sharing what specific data challenges the DAO is currently facing?
Thanks for putting this forward — we appreciate the thoughtfulness behind applying data-driven tools to improve governance transparency. The dashboard you’ve built for Aave DAO is a good example of how analytics can support decision-making and community engagement.
That said, the current level of governance activity within Safe DAO, particularly the relatively low number of proposals and votes, suggests that it might be premature to invest in a dedicated governance dashboard at this stage. Unlike Aave, which has a much more active proposal flow, Safe DAO’s current governance footprint may not yet justify the effort required to maintain and meaningfully utilise such a tool.
Understood. If governance dashboards are not an immediate requirement for Safe at this time, is there any other focus area where data dashboards and analytic tools would be helpful in decision making?
I do not see requirement on the governance side. There could be something on the Safe{Wallet} side that is not already covered by our data team - you’d have to look into it. But since the grant program is on pause, we wouldn’t have a vehicle to support your initiative at the moment.
