From a governance process, we are currently in voting period and a new season/sprint (Season 3) starts June 10th. New proposals can be open as Phase 0 (Discussion) and can move into Phase 1 (Draft) before June 17th. Please note, for Phase 1, it must follow the proposal template. Therefore I moved your proposal into Phase 0 for the time being.
