Create Safe - Ethereum address from Safe - Optimism Address

Hi. I have been reading that it is possible to create an identical Safe address on L2 Network from L1 Ethereum address.

Is it possible to do this the other way around or is this something that may be in the works? Accidentally sent a little money to my Safe L2 address but on ETH network.

Hoping one day this will be possible for recovery. In the mean time, valuable learning experience. I’ll be making all my safe addresses the same moving forward.
