This category displays all proposals that are currently up for a vote or have already undergone the voting process.
To reach Phase 2: voting stage, a proposal must first gain maturity signaling by Guardians or delegates in Phase 1, see 
Governance overview. Three Guardians or delegates, possessing a combined voting power of 60,000 Safe tokens, must signal approval on the proposal thread. Delegates or Guardians cannot approve their own submissions.
Once enough signaling is received, a forum admin assigns a unique proposal number.
