2/ The time for discussing proposals should be shortened. It is obviously meaningless to discuss some proposals for one month or even two months. Opinions can be quickly reached and voted on. If there is any problem, they can vote again to change.
3/ Efficiency Efficiency Efficiency, the time wasted in every link of our governance is too long. If we don’t speed up the progress, the earth will perish.
