I am very confused as to why this proposal was so urgent and the vote ended while it was still in the discussion stage.

Hi @sunita_berma can you clarify why you felt it was urgent and what you mean by the vote ending in discussion stage?

The proposal went through a full cycle from Phase 0 to Phase 1 to Phase 2. There was a community call where we opened the floor for questions.

What would you like to have seen?
