I’m currently researching how DAO and Web3 teams organize their day-to-day operations around Safe, especially when something unusual happens (stuck transactions, large outflows, signer delays, etc.).
I’m trying to understand the coordination side of Safe usage where discussions happen, how teams notice issues and how decisions are tracked.
For teams actively using Safe:
Where do discussions usually happen when something important occurs?
Does your current setup feel smooth, or sometimes chaotic?
Are there events you actively try to monitor today?
